"Embrace Your True Self: Defining Beauty and Authenticity"

To be truly beautiful, one must embrace their true self. The word "beautiful" itself—'be-u-tiful'—suggests that genuine beauty lies in being authentically you. True beauty is about uniqueness; it's not about being 'normal' because normal is average and doesn't captivate the eye. When you wake up and see the plain white ceiling in your room, you don't find it beautiful because it's just ordinary. This illustrates that beauty is found in rarity and authenticity.

Imitating beauty leads to confusion because imitation ignores authenticity and seeks external validation. Pursuing external beauty is futile because being beautiful means being purely you. Authenticity is incomparable, just like you can't compare sugar to salt—they are different and serve unique purposes. When sugar tries to be salt, it loses its value, just as we lose our unique beauty when we try to be someone else.

Think of someone you find beautiful. Now, imagine if they tried to be like someone else who was considered beautiful before them. They wouldn't be the person you admire today. So, how dare you try to be someone else? You know it's impossible to succeed in that. How dare you set yourself up for failure and block your own beauty? Are you saying that your creator made a mistake when they made you?

Being yourself doesn't mean indulging in addictions and justifying it as being true to yourself. No one is in their natural state when addicted. Don't manipulate yourself; you know who you truly are in a healthy state. Being healthy isn't fancy; it's your natural state, free from toxins—how you're meant to be if you stop interfering with nature. Another word for this is 'organic.' An organic fruit grows naturally without external influences. Similarly, being healthy means consuming healthy elements for your body, mind, and soul. The root of the word 'healthy' is 'heal,' so being healthy is the destination of a healing journey, a state of origin, a state of self, to 'be-u.'

Beauty isn't about body shape, size, facial features, or any physical appearance. It's about being a 'healed' version of yourself. The next step is to heal yourself—body, mind, and soul.
